Our Story
We founded NB National with the premise that entrepreneurs needed clean secure spaces to enable their business to grow and flourish. Entrepreneurs ourselves, we had a very difficult time finding the right space to grow our business: We had to build our own space. If was very costly, and financing was difficult. We felt if we could build a space for others, we could help our like-minded business owners.
Location, location, location.
We located and purchased land in Troutman North Carolina in 2015. This property has easy access to Interstate 77, one of the main objectives. Construction commenced and the first building, 158 was completed in 2016. The second building, 156 was completed in late 2020.
All units are rented with long term tenants as of 2021.
We are on the lookout for more properties to up fit with clean spaces for more service to the industry in our area.
